1. Preamble
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of Service
The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary for information sharing between members. We do not verify, audit, or endorse the accuracy of any user-generated content (Blacklist Data). We are not a credit bureau or a government entity.

3. User Warranties
The Agency warrants that it holds valid documentation (e.g., Police Reports, Contracts) for every record added. The Agency further warrants it has obtained necessary legal consents from its clients to share their data for risk management purposes.

4. Indemnification
The Agency agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from the Data submitted by the Agency or its violation of these Terms.

5. Confidentiality
Data accessed via the Platform is strictly confidential. Taking screenshots, bulk downloading, or sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". In no event shall the Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the last one month of service.

7. Right to Moderate
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account without prior notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms or if the data is deemed inaccurate.

8. Subscription & Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Termination of an account due to a violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to any refund.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
